- Orders are expected to begin shipping August 29th.
- Shop updates (i.e. new products, minor announcements) can be found on social media. Major updates regarding existing orders will be sent via email.
- The customer will be responsible for handling customs fees, tariff fees, VAT fees, or any other additional fees, as I have no control over them.
- This shop has limited shipping outside of the USA. Please note that USPS cannot reach certain countries (click here to see the current list of suspensions), and due to changes caused by COVID-19 and USPS, estimated shipping times are now less reliable and shipments may be delayed.
- If you are a resident of the EU or Northern Ireland, listings for the books are available on my Ko-Fi. The price on Ko-Fi is for the link, through which you can then purchase the book at production cost. The total price of the books are the same as listed in this shop. Note that books purchased through this link will not come with merch stretch goals, book embellishments (foil, linen texture cover, etc) or add-ons.
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made, with the exception of incorrect, damaged, or lost mail, after it has left our hands. We can only return compensation for damaged, missing, or lost packages if insurance was selected and purchased at checkout. If the package is returned for any reason such as an incorrectly entered address, it can be resent for the same shipping cost.
- Incorrect order: Please contact me via email at daphnecomics@gmail(.)com or through the contact form with your order number and images of all the items you received attached. I will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether I have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.
- Damaged order (insurance purchases only): Please contact me via email at daphnecomics@gmail(.)com or through the contact form with your order number and images of the following: damaged item(s), the outer packaging with the shipping label, and the inner packaging with all of the packaging materials. I will either: give you a replacement, a partial/full refund, or file a claim depending on the situation as well as whether I have any extras. Your order is subject to inspection.
- Missing/lost order (insurance purchases only): Please contact me via email or through the contact form within 90 days of shipment. Please also do not wait too long to notify us - as soon as possible is best. After a claim has been filed, I will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether I have any extras.
